Shropshire planning policy survey finishes
The second phase of consultation over planning policy that will shape housing and industrial development in Shropshire over the next 20 years, ends today.
Shropshire Council leaders have been urging anyone to have their say on the Site Allocations and Management of Development – known as Samdev.
The second phase has given people the chance to have their say on Shropshire Council's preferred options, drawn up after the first consultation phase in 2012.
After today, the council will take into account all comments received, and prepare the final version of the SAMDev plan later this year, before consideration by a planning inspector in 2014.
Council leaders are asking everyone who lives, works or visits Shropshire and has an interest in the developments to look at the plans and comment on them.
