Murder charge soldier in court
A serving soldier based in Shropshire has appeared in court over the murder of a man in Northern Ireland more than two years ago.

Michael Wilson, 22, a soldier with the 1st Battalion The Royal Irish Regiment, at Tern Hill, near Market Drayton, appeared at Newry Magistrates Court in Northern Ireland yesterday where he was remanded in custody.
