Vintage vehicle treat for fans in Newport
The rain failed to dampen spirits as thousands of visitors enjoyed a weekend of nostalgia at the Tern Valley Vintage Vehicle Rally.

Vintage steamrollers, tractors, cars, motorbikes and a gipsy caravan took centre stage at Chetwynd Deer Park, near Newport.
The show, which costs about £15,000 to put on, normally takes place at Sugnall Park in Eccleshall but organisers decided to move it to Newport this year.

It was the 33rd year the show had taken place, and the Tern Valley Vintage Machinery Trust, which organised the weekend, said it was still gaining popularity.
Spokesman Dave Coombes said: "We had seven steam engines, between 100 and 150 tractors, mostly vintage, about 100 commercial trucks, classic cars, and 30 military tanks and trucks.
"It was our first show in Newport and it was very exciting.
"We usually get between 4,000 and 5,000 people over the two days and we had about the same this year."
During the course of the weekend, visitors got the chance to browse specialist trade stalls and a craft tent.
There was also an auction of vintage memorabilia, and visitors were challenged to take part in a tug of war.
The vintage tractors also put on a show of tractor-pulling, where the drivers were challenged to drag a weighted sledge as far as possible with their machines.
