Market Drayton Town are expecting a bumper crowd for their UniBond League division one south clash with Chasetown at Greenfields tonight (7.45pm).

The north Shropshire side have already set a new record this season, thanks to the 229 who came through the turnstiles for the 2-1 win over Witton Albion last month.

But, after a run of seven league games unbeaten, they look set to eclipse that figure tonight.

More than 200 fans again turned out for Saturday's FA Cup defeat at home to Gainsborough Trinity, a result that ended their run of 10 games undefeated in all competitions.

Chasetown themselves boast an above average travelling support, and Shropshire interest is boosted by the presence of several former AFC Telford players in their squad.

Striker Dean Perrow is injured, but Albrighton-based boss Charlie Blakemore can still call on Richard Teesdale, Dave Woodvine and Gary Birch - who all enjoyed spells with the Bucks.
