Road chaos for town motorists

Motorists travelling through a Powys town are facing traffic chaos, with delays of more than an hour because of work on a superstore.

Work on the Tesco site in Newtown is causing congestion along the A483 leaving motorists with lengthy delays and adding an extra hour to some journeys.
