The Archers star Louiza Patikas pictured in new Corrie role

Louiza Patikas has been pictured as her Coronation Street character for the first time.

The Archers actress will make her debut in the ITV soap this month as Moira, an office manager at Weatherfield Medical Centre.

A new image released by the ITV soap shows Moira heading out to a meeting leaving Liz in charge of reception.

With a queue of patients and a constantly ringing phone, Liz struggles to keep her temper.

How will battleaxe Moira react?

Last year the character was at the centre of a high-profile domestic abuse storyline.
