Shropshire photographer Martin James has sent in a time-lapse video of the sun setting over Church Stretton. You can watch it here.
Shropshire Photographer Martin James made a video while enjoying a day out in Church Stretton.
Mr James, of Church Aston, near Newport, is a big fan of time-lapse videos, where images are taken at regular intervals, giving the impression that the film has been speeded up.
His video shows the journey from Church Stretton and up the Burway to the gliding club area on top of the Long Mynd.
He said: "I then continued shooting what turned out to be a quite amazing red sunset after the sun suddenly burst through the clouds.There was also a handful of hangliders, paragliders, & 'normal' gliders enjoying the last of the evening sky.
"The soundtrack is courtesy of Dan Guyton from local Telford Band 'Fake Obsession'."
