Telford Tigers in play-off position
Telford Tigers moved into the English Ice Hockey Premier League play-off positions for the first time this season after beating Slough Jets 8-2 away and leaders Basingstoke Bison at home over the weekend.

Saturday night's success in Berkshire was a largely one-sided affair, as the Tigers virtually secured the win with three goals inside the first 10 minutes.
The clash with Basingstoke yesterday, meanwhile, was again notable for a dominant Telford powerplay, after they defended an early 2-0 cushion with two further goals later on.
