The Ireland international completed a shock free transfer to The Hawthorns from Blackburn on Tuesday and could face Wolves as a Baggies player in next Sunday's Molineux derby.
And the 31-year-old, who spent a decade at Wolves from the age of 15 but was released in 2005, insisted he would have no mixed feelings if Albion stay up at their arch-rivals' expense.
"I had to have a career somewhere and this move was right for me at this stage in my career so I'm not really too bothered about the (Wolves) situation," said Andrews.
"My loyalties lie with West Brom at the moment. I was grateful for the chance Wolves game me and I've got a coach (Keith Downing) here now who was my youth team manager at Wolves.
"But I left Wolves a long time ago and the only people I know there now player-wise are the lads I play with for Ireland, so it's just one of those things."
