Squad will be key to busy spell for Bucks
AFC Telford United boss Liam Watson today admitted there will be changes during a busy November – possibly starting at Stockport on Saturday.
The Bucks return to action after a stop-start October that has seen them play just twice, having sat on the sidelines for the last two rounds of the FA Cup.
They return to action after a two-week break at Edgeley Park, having beaten Histon and North Ferriby in their last two games of a four-match unbeaten run.
Stockport is one of four games in 10 days for Watson's players, with a trip to Brackley and the visits of Stalybridge Celtic and Vauxhall Motors still to come.
And Watson knows he will have to rotate his squad with Matthew McGinn and Adam Farrell, substitutes last time, in his thoughts for a starting spot at Stockport.
He said: "It's nice to have a few options, we have a big month coming up and there will be changes."
One player shipping out of the New Bucks Head for November is midfielder Martyn Jackson, who will complete a one-month loan to Skelmersdale today.
There's a clean bill of health apart from player-coach Alan Moogan, who is at pre-operation stage ahead of going under the knife for a groin injury.
Winger Mike Phenix –three times a goalscorer from the bench – has blisters on his foot but should be fit for Saturday's match.
