AFC Telford 0-2 Dartford - match report
GOALS from Jason Prior and Charlie Sheringham sent AFC Telford to a 2-0 home defeat against Dartford.
Striker James O'Neill was denied a second minute opener for the Bucks by the reflexes of Dartford shotstopper Csaba Somogyi.
But the visitors went ahead after 11 minutes when Prior tapped home Charlie Sheringham's shot-cum-cross at the far post.
Sheringham and Prior both saw good chances saved by Bucks' goalkeeper Ryan Young just before the break while at the other end O'Neill was again denied by Somogyi.
Sheringham made no mistake though four minutes after the interval, slotting past Young from Prior's pass.
O'Neill again went close at the other end when he struck the post from Steven Leslie's pass.
But Prior went close to a third for the visitors with 19 minutes left, his powerful header flying just wide.
Bucks' defender Michael Briscoe was injured in the immediate build-up and had to be stretchered off with a suspected broken leg, to be replaced by Simon Ford.
