Telford striker Chris Sharp could be sidelined for 'a couple of weeks' because of a groin injury.
The former The New Saints hot-shot missed Friday night's 2-0 defeat to Wolves and Bucks boss Andy Sinton hinted afterwards that the forward was a doubt to take part in this weekend's Blue Square Bet premier league curtain raiser away at Barrow.
"We might lose Chris Sharp for a couple of weeks but we don't know until we discover the extent of it," he said.
"We've got a little doubt over Chris at the moment so we're going to get that checked, but on the whole, I think we're in good shape.
"It's something to do with his pubis and it might settle down after a bit of inflammation.
"Ironically he felt it after the game at TNS where he used to play and he came off with blisters too."
That aside though the former Wolves and Tottenham winger was very pleased with his side's latest performance.
"I was really pleased with my players," he said. "Looking at their team sheet, nine of the Wolves team have played Premier League football, some of them quite a bit, and there were seven internationals on the pitch at different times, so we acquitted ourselves really well, when you consider they went to Walsall and beat them 3-0.
"We had to spend long periods of time without the ball which you're going to do against better sides but we did really well.
"On the whole it was a really useful workout because we got 90 minutes into some people's legs again. It puts us in good stead." as we're now less than a week away."
