AFC Telford United manager Andy Sinton is looking forward to next season and says he knows exactly where he is with regards to putting together his squad.
Despite working under the constraints of operating as a part-time team in a full-time league, the Bucks boss is remaining positive and he is looking for everyone else to follow suit.
"It's a challenge, of course it is," Sinton said. "But it's one that I relish and I am looking forward to adding that little bit of quality we need to the squad so that we can push on again next season.
"I am under no illusions because the league gets better year-by-year but we can still be successful while operating within our means.
"We now have a clearer idea of what we are operating with and we are confident we can pull everything together for the new season.
"Expectations were far too high last season, and hopefully the statement myself, the chairman and the board released last week, will go some way to outlining our priorities for the new campaign."
Sinton is hoping that a more positive approach will lead to better results on the field as well.
