Andy Sinton insists he won't be chopping and changing his team ahead of the final Blue Square Bet Premier league clash of the season at Gateshead tomorrow.

The game represents a chance to try out a few of the fringe players to see if they are worthy of a new deal next season.

But Sinton is adamant they've had more than enough time to prove their credentials.

He said: "I will be picking the best team to win the game and that will be my only focus when it comes to team selection.

"The squad have had the entire season, both at training and in games, to show me what they can do, and they have all had their chance at some point."

For the first time this season, Telford will be travelling by a coach today and staying overnight before the game.

Sinton added: "Hopefully it can tip the balance in our favour somewhat for Saturday's game because there is no doubt that it can make a huge difference.

"Southport are the most improved team in the league this year and that is mainly down to their away form.

"Last year, they didn't stay over anywhere the night before the games and they lost the majority of their away matches.

"This year, they have stayed over eight or 10 times and it has been massive for them because they've won most of those games.

"If finances permit, that is one of the many areas we want to improve on next season."
