AFC Telford united manager Andy Sinton is adamant the Blue Square Premier is going to be tougher next season and wants to add options to his squad this summer.

The Bucks boss points to the resources of the clubs vying for promotion and wants to freshen up his dressing room with a few new faces.

He said: "There are a things in the team that need sorting and that is something we will be pursuing, as soon as we get the Gateshead game out the way.

"Our aim is to grow the club, gradually, and get better with every season but the problem is this league gets stronger.

"Guiseley were spending double what we were when we came up and then you have Woking as well.

"We don't have huge amounts of money behind us but this is a good club with good people and they deserve their football team to be doing well."

Sinton's masterplan for the Bucks to punch above their financial weight is to try and use the club's part-time status to their advantage.

He said: "It's difficult for us having players out working and dealing with their own worries away from football but some of our best players are part-time and we need to build a spirit around that."
