Boss Andy Sinton is hopeful his AFC Telford players will flourish with the pressure off going into tomorrow's home clash with Grimsby Town.

The Bucks will be without the suspended Richard Davies going into the game but the collective morale boost of staying up is bound to have a positive effect on the squad.

Sinton is hoping his players will benefit from having had the chance to celebrate Tuesday's night's vital victory over Tamworth – which secured their Blue Square Premier status for another season – together.

"There is no pressure on us, the only pressure will be the one that comes from within the individual," said the manager.

"It's going to be a tough game but we will be relaxed and play our football.

"For the first time since the play-off final, I allowed them to have a drink after the game on Tuesday because I wanted them to celebrate and enjoy it.

"But it was very much back to work last night and we will work as hard as ever tomorrow."

The Bucks boss admits he has commited every ounce of his energy the club since he took over almost two years ago.

Sinton said: "It's important not to get too high and low with the ups and the downs but I enjoyed a bit of time with my family this week because this season has been exhausting.

"I dedicated the win on Tuesday to them because they have to live with the strain the job puts you through.

"If anyone tells me that something can't be done, I will always find a way to try – I put my heart and soul into people. It's the way I was brought up."
