AFC Telford United are aiming to stage a home Valentine's Day friendly - after their efforts to play tonight were beaten by the weather.
The Bucks had been eager to arrange a match for this evening in order to get their players much-needed game time and to raise revenue after seeing two successive matches postponed.
Telford were supposed to play Forest Green at the weekend and no new date has yet been agreed for that fixture.
Tonight's scheduled clash with Kidderminster - called off because Harriers have a Trophy tie with Luton that takes precedence - will now take place on Tuesday, March 13.
"The pitch is still a little bit too hard so there was no way we could play a game tonight, unfortunately," chairman Lee Carter confirmed.
"But it is due to warm up a little bit next week so we are confident at this stage of getting a game on for next Tuesday and we'll definitely be looking to set up a friendly.
"We are going to triple-cover the south stand end (in front of the Frank Nagington Terrace) and leave other areas uncovered where the pitch thaws a little quicker."
Meanwhile, Telford were today heading to the plastic pitches at the Shrewsbury Sports Village for training.
Boss Andy Sinton has had to work hard to find suitable venues, with grass pitches frozen and the TCAT and Wolves Domes already booked out.
"The weather has been frustrating and we can't even get more work done on the training ground as the pitches are covered in snow," said Sinton.
"I've just been running around to see what we can get done and we have to get on with it.
"We have a big game at Kettering to prepare for on Saturday and that is the only thing we are concentrating on."
