Ben Futcher has belief in AFC Telford squad

Loan defender Ben Futcher insists he has already seen enough to be confident that AFC Telford United will stay up – despite netting just one point in his first two games.
The 6ft 7ins centre-half made his debut in Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Cambridge and was a part of the side that blew a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at Stockport on Tuesday.
But he has been impressed by the Telford squad and points to his earlier loan spell at play-off chasing Mansfield as evidence of how quickly things can turn around in the Blue Square Bet Premier.
"When I went to Mansfield I think they were third or fourth from bottom," said Futcher, who is on loan from League One Bury.
"I know that was early in the season but it shows how things can change.
"I just want to play games and hopefully I can keep doing that here at Telford.
"I'm here for an initial month and we'll see how it goes – I'm just here to play as much as we can.
"And if we play like we have in the last couple of games, I think we'll win more than we lose."
Meanwhile, boss Andy Sinton has admitted he will have to turn his attention to addressing the defending of corners after seeing both Stockport goals come from that route.
"Set plays are a massive part of the game and we have got to defend them better," said Sinton.
"The first contact from corners is vital – Stockport got the first contact on two balls they put into the box and we've ended up picking the ball out of the net both times.
"It's frustrating because they didn't open us up in open play."
