Frustrated AFC Telford United boss Andy Sinton has called for a fresh injection of energy from his promotion-chasing side.
The Bucks were held to a 1-1 draw at Hinckley on Saturday and have now won just once in their last five Blue Square Bet North fixtures.
It's a run that has seen them all-but concede the title to Alfreton and Sinton admits he is disappointed to hear players telling him they are tired.
"There are few of them looking like they are a little bit short of energy," said the Telford chief.
"But they are not the only group of players who are going to be tired at this stage of the season and that's where it becomes a mental thing.
"We only see them for two days a week for a couple of short, sharp sessions but I don't see what they do away from here — maybe they don't so the right things.
"Maybe that's being a bit harsh but when you're only training two and a half hours a week you shouldn't be tired.
"People are saying we're having a little bit of a dip but I have to find a solution, find something that will spark them off again."
Telford had to come from behind on Saturday, with former loanee Andre Gray having put the hosts in front before Yannick Salem netted a 43rd minute equaliser.
The Bucks were better in the second half and had what looked a strong penalty shout refused in injury-time, though they also needed a smart save from keeper Ryan Young to protect their point.
"We had four strikers on at the end to try and win the game but it wasn't to be," said Sinton.
"In many senses we're indebted to Ryan because he's made a great save.
"I'm not overly disappointed with the point but I am a little bit disappointed with the performance again."
