Promotion hopefuls AFC Telford United returned to winning ways with a convincing thrashing of Corby Town.

The Bucks bossed the first half and saw a host of chances go begging before the took the break with a freak goal on 42 minutes.

It came when a Greg Mills cross from wide on the left somehow went through the legs of keeper Alban Teixeira and bobbled over the line.

But they ran riot in the second half, going two up through Andy Brown just past the hour mark before three goals in the last eight minutes.

Yannick Salem marked his full debut with the third before a second for Mills and a Sean Newton free-kick completed the rout.
