Eastwood took the lead when Matt Rhead picked out Lee Stevenson on 21 minutes and the visiting forward drilled a sweet srike into the bottom corner.
Telford had chances of their own and were twice denied by terrific saves from keeper Jon Danby but finally levelled four minutes before half-time when Andy Brown got on the end of Sean Newton's cross to loop in a header.
The Bucks made an explosive start to the second half, Greg Mills firing Telford in front inside 60 seconds.
But Eastwood were back on level terms within four minutes, Matthew Rhead heading in unmarked off David Haggerty's cross.
