Shrewsbury's clash set to go ahead as AFC Telford off due to weather

A 9 am pitch inspection at Garden Walk found large volumes of standing water on the playing surface. 

With the forecast being for more persistent rain throughout the day, a decision was made to call the game off.

A new date for the fixture will be arranged in due course.

Meanwhile Shrewsbury Town's clash at Cambridge is due to go ahead as scheduled.

However conditions are being closely monitored in the lead up to the game.
