Dave Edwards: Wolves players need to handle the pressure

For Wolves, everyone saw this as a game that they could win but it was more disappointment.

Crystal Palace were missing key players and I think that elevated the expectations of the fan base, but it ended up being quite a difficult evening at Molineux.

Wolves didn't play particularly well in the first half. We struggled to get the game going and once Palace scored, that's when the atmosphere changed.

I was worried for five or 10 minutes because I've been in that situation so many times at Wolves where the crowd is starting to get frustrated and as a player on the pitch, you get a little bit desperate and you start doing things which aren't necessary on the game plan.

They were ragged, all over the place and there were big gaps everywhere for a few minutes, but they managed to get a terrific goal.

Matheus Cunha was at the heart of it, who I thought was fabulous with his creativity.

Pablo Sarabia should have scored a couple goals before that, but that was a moment that Wolves really needed and it was a lovely finish from Jorgen Strand Larsen.
