Clarke was part of the team which defeated Australia by one wicket yesterday in a nail-biting third-place play-off at the ICC Academy in Dubai.
The team, which also included Shrewsbury's Ed Barnard, won two of their three group games plus a quarter-final against India before rebounding from a semi-final defeat to Pakistan to end the tournament on a high. Clarke tweeted: "What a result, topped off an amazing four weeks! An experience I'll never forget!"
He also praised Ben Duckett who scored his first century for England in yesterday's win, tweeting:" take a bow son! #unbelievable"
