Shrewsbury School's National Under-17 Schools final fell victim to the rain and had to be abandoned after 30 overs yesterday.

They are hoping to replay the game next week after finishing on 136-7 against Portsmouth Grammar School at Cumnor Cricket Club in Oxford.
The match was called off at the midway point after Henry Blofield had finished on 48 not out for Shrewsbury, while Joe Carrasco weighed in with 46 for the Shropshire side.
