He died peacefully at home in Adelaide just over a year after suffering a major heart attack.
Shrewsbury leg spinner Elliot Green, now 20, today paid a glowing triubte to Jenner after becoming a close friend.
"I first met Terry when I was 10 and he was doing ECB courses at Edgbaston and Loughborough," said Green.
"He took two lads back to Australia every year for extra coaching and I was fortunate to be chosen in 2005.
"It was an amazing three weeks and he was a massive inspiration on and off the cricket field."
Green last met Jenner at the end of the start of 2010 after he spent the winter in Australia. "I flew down from Queensland to Adelaide to see him on my 19th birthday," he added.
"We did a bit of work and it was no surprise I had my best ever season last year."
Shropshire Cricket Board competitions manager Steve Aston - who arranged Jenner clinics at Adams Grammar and Shrewsbury Schools - added "He was a brilliant coach. He had a real aura around him and the youngsters idolised him."
