Stephen Hunt will pull a Wolves shirt on from the start as he makes his debut tonight - almost four months after signing.
The £3m Ireland winger is named in the starting XI for tonight's FA Barclays Premier Reserve League (North) clash against Wigan (7pm).
The game has been moved to Molineux from the New Bucks Head as AFC Telford have an FA Cup replay against Buxton.
And Kevin Doyle is confident his friend and international colleague will be an asset.
"As well as his qualities on the pitch, he'll be a boost off the pitch as well," he said.
"He'll be good for keeping everyone positive."
Meanwhile former Molineux striker Bobby Gould today claimed Danny Murphy should 'keep his trap shut' over his criticism of Wolves.
Gould, now a hard-hitting media pundit, believes Murphy's controversial comments on Wolves, Stoke and Blackburn being 'so pumped up there are inevitably going to be problems' were unfair.
Murphy has pulled out of a TV role at tonight's England v Montenegro Euro 2012 qualifier after his quotes stoked up the media firestorm on bad tackles. "There's a lot of bunkum being spoken by a few people at the moment and they should shut their traps and get on and do what they're paid to do, which is play," said Gould.
"If you're the one who's injured, you have a right to voice an opinion. Danny Murphy is no shrinking violet.
"He's been booked 65 times in his career and sent off three times."
