But he has wheeled and dealed to stay within budget and is adamant that the Bucks' spending is no more than average by Blue Square Bet North standards.
"We've got a few players coming in and playing for virtually nothing and a few coming in wanting to prove a point on non-contract, so it's not costing the club much," said Sinton.
"People must think we've got a big budget but we haven't - we've got an adequate budget for this level of football.
"It's probably round about 10th in the league and we're certainly not big spenders.
"It's credit to the club, the infrastructure, the way we're doing things and the way we've started.
"People want to come and be part of the party."
Sinton is aiming to agree terms with 6ft full-back Sansara by the weekend.
"I'm hoping to get something sorted out on a short-term basis in the next day or so but we're not there yet," he revealed.
"It will be with a view to extending it in time if he does well."
Meanwhile, Telford coach John Psaras was on a scouting mission last night — watching Saturday's FA Cup opponents Buxton slip to a 2-1 home defeat to Mickleover Sports.
That was a shock result for the promotion-chasing Evo-Stik League premier division side, who had won 10 of their previous 11 games in all competitions.
