"I treat every competition with the utmost respect," said the Telford boss.
"The FA Cup is the biggest competition in the world, it can give you a bit of national exposure and a bit of revenue."
"The league is my No 1 priority and we know we won't win the FA Cup, but a run gives you confidence and that is what we will be looking for.
Signing
"I'm happy with a home draw and Stourbridge are a relatively local side so it should be a good sort of crowd."
Meanwhile, Sinton will tonight tie up the signing of former Queen's Park Rangers midfielder Stefan Bailey.
He could go straight into the squad for Saturday's trip to Corby as Carl Rodgers, an ever-present up to now, is away at a family wedding in Cyprus.
But Bailey may have to wait his turn, with young summer signings Richard Davies and Will Richards also champing at the bit to get a chance.
"All three of them could come into contention," said Sinton. "Richard's played in the two friendly games we've had recently (against Burton and Chasetown) and he had a good pre-season.
"He'll certainly be in my thoughts and Stefan is a good addition — he's athletic, he gets round the park well and he makes good use of the ball."
