Wraight on roll at Waterloo

Shrewsbury bowler Callum Wraight was going solo for Shropshire in the last 16 of the Autumn Waterloo in Blackpool today.

The Castlefields young gun was taking on Preston's Simon Couple for a place in tomorrow's finals day after beating Rochdale's Andrew Lowe 21-18 yesterday.

That's when Meole Brace skipper Mark Thomas bowed out, beaten 21-7 by local hopeful Couple.
