Market Drayton Town Council votes to continue subsidising bus fares for paying passengers on Saturday services
Councillors have voted to continue subsidising Market Drayton's Saturday bus service at a recent meeting.
At a meeting of the Community and Governance Committee last Thursday (November 14) it was decided that the town council would continue to subsidise the fare for all paying passengers - non-concessionary passengers.
Market Drayton Town Council has supported the service for hundreds of residents in the region who use the buses to commute to and from the town centre.
