Emergency crews called to two-vehicle collision near Shifnal
Emergency crews were called to a collision between two vehicles near Shifnal.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service control received a call at 4.57pm (September 5) reporting a road traffic collision in Tong.
One fire crew was sent from Telford to the scene. Ambulance, police and Highways Agency teams also attended.
Reports from the fire service said two vehicles were involved in a collision. A spokesperson confirmed that no one was trapped in the vehicles and that casualties were placed in the care of paramedics.
Fire crews made both vehicles safe and worked to clear the roadway, using environmental grab packs to manage a spillage.
They were finished at the scene by 5.35pm.
