Digiland's warehouse, store and head office in Telford's Stafford Park went up for sale this week for offers above £2.75 million, with the firm eyeing up a move to another site in the area.

The 33,000 square foot building is described as a detached industrial warehouse building with a two-storey office, showroom, workshop with anti-static floor and a service yard.

Unusually, the sale to the freehold of the property also features a basketball pitch, tennis court, golf nets, and a canteen, according to a sales listing posted by estate agents HarrisLamb.

The Digiland outlet store on Stafford Park 12 has been a familiar sight to road users in Telford, clearly visible from the A464 and the Naird Roundabout for the past 20 years after opening in the early 2000s.

After putting the warehouse up for sale the company says it is now hoping to relocate to a "more accessible" location within the Telford area, but declined to comment further at present.

The online listing is live and can be viewed on the HarrisLamb website.
