Ceri McAllister, aged 41 and Kyle Shropshire, aged 31 were given suspended sentences at Shrewsbury Crown Court after admitting three charges related to the supply and possession of heroin and cocaine.

The court heard police raided McAllister's address in Telford on May 20, 2022.

Prosecuting, Simon Hanns said both defendants were compliant with police and that McAllister handed over a yellow bag with drugs in and directed them to a bedroom drawer where more were found.

He said: "Police found initially 78 wraps or 85 grams of heroin worth £780 and then more in the bedroom.

"The two defendants had their mobile telephones confiscated including a stinger phone and when the records of calls and texts were analysed it became more apparent what the situation was.

"There was a lot of evidence of calls and texts to another defendant, Esten Bennett, and when police investigated they found that Shropshire and McAllister were preparing the drugs, cutting them up and making calls on a stinger phone to clients that Bennett would then supply.
