Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said they were called to Bow House, near Bishop's Castle, at around 2.08pm on Friday.

A motorcyclist is understood to have crashed into a hedge.

A fire service spokesperson said firefighters used cutting equipment and bolt cutters to make the bike safe.

The motorcyclist was injured and was left in the care of West Midlands Ambulance Service. No details of the rider's condition have yet emerged.
