Shrewsbury man found guilty of rape

Leighton Smith, 36, of Lancaster Road Shrewsbury, was found guilty following a trial at Shrewsbury Crown Court earlier this week.

Smith was found guilty of one charge of rape, one charge of intimidation, and five counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
