Driver hits telegraph pole on Ellesmere road
Firefighters were called to an early morning car crash in Ellesmere after a motorist hit a telegraph pole.
The incident in Grange Road occurred around 1.22am, on Sunday Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said.
On arrival, fire crews said the occupant of the car was out of the vehicle, which was made safe by firefighters.
