New Shrewsbury office for Bruton Knowles
Bruton Knowles has moved to a new office in Shrewsbury.
The property consultancy has relocated from the Rural Enterprise Centre to 2 Charlesworth Court on Battlefield Enterprise Park.
Opened in 2013, Bruton Knowles’ Shrewsbury office specialises in advising clients, including local authorities, utility companies, banks, rural estates and private clients, on rural property matters.
The office is headed by Gareth Lay, who has more than 15 years’ experience in rural property surveying. He is supported by a team of five, including three surveyors. In September, senior surveyor David Lancaster joined the team from Savills in Telford.
Gareth said: “The move to a new office supports our plans for continued growth in Shropshire and neighbouring counties.
“When we opened the office four years ago, the intention was to gain a stronger foothold in the market by having a physical presence in Shrewsbury and a base from which to service existing clients that were previously managed from other offices.
“I’m pleased to say that we now have a strong reputation in the market and the focus is now on building further on the success we have achieved to date.”
