Shrewsbury auctioneers Halls are selling Lostford Stables at Lostford, Tern Hill, on behalf of Mr and Mrs R. Hughes at Tern Hill Hall Hotel, Tern Hill on Tuesday, March 18 at 6pm. Halls have issued a guide price approaching £500,000.

A well recognised equestrian centre in a quiet location, Lostford Stables has been built to a high standard and has excellent road links to the West Midlands and the Potteries.

The land is currently all down to permanent pasture and has been used for equestrian purposes, although it has been free from horses recently.

Lot one, which has a guide price of £250,000 to £275,000, comprises a comprehensive range of equestrian buildings, a purpose-built stable yard, a 60ft-wide circular schooling yard and 25.41 acres of level pastureland.

Lots two and three comprise 31.33 acres and 9.47 acres of fertile pastureland respectively, with a guide price of £6,000 an acre.
