Four excellent blocks of farmland and pony paddocks near Church Stretton are to be sold by informal tender next month.

Shrewsbury-based agents Halls anticipate keen interest in just over 65 acres of versatile land at Manor Farm, Rushbury, with the closing date for tenders set for noon on Friday, October 19.

The land, which has become surplus to the requirements of owners Jeffrey and Lyn Brisbane due to diversification, is being sold in four lots.

The four conveniently sized fields, which are situated on the edge of Rushbury village, have potential for arable cropping or for grazing cattle, sheep or horses.

The lots range in size from 40 acres to just under five acres, with guide prices of between £20,000 and £160,000.
