Gail gets her chartered title
Gail Lewis, based at the Llanidloes office of Morris Marshall & Poole, has qualified as a rural practice chartered surveyor.

Gail completed a degree in rural enterprise and land management at Harper Adams University College where she received the accolade Welsh Student of the Year.
For the past two years she has been a trainee surveyor with Morris, Marshall & Poole, specialising in agriculture and property sales. This experience let her sit the Rural Institution of Chartered Surveyors' assessment of professional competence and to qualify as a chartered surveyor.
Gail now deals with property sales and rentals plus a variety of agricultural work in which she specialises. She is also to be seen at Welshpool Livestock Sales, which Morris, Marshall & Poole co-own, every Monday and at specialist sales.
Gail is local to Llanidloes, living on the family beef and sheep farm just outside the town, and is well-known in the county through her involvement with the YFC.
She is vice chairman of Trefeglwys Young Farmers Club, and has had many successes at national level including having won the national public speaking final twice, the beef judging at the Royal Welsh Show, and being joint first in both the beef and sheep judging under 26 at Montgomery Rally.
