Berrys, at Shrewsbury Business Park, has employed David Grainger and Rachel Jones, both graduates from the University of Wales at Aberystwyth, and Tracey Jackson, who is on a sandwich placement from Harper Adams University College, Newport.

David Grainger, 25, will be working with the firm's partner, Matthew Anwyl, and senior farm business consultant, Simon Latter.

Rachel Jones, 22, will also be working alongside Matthew Anwyl in Berrys' rural business team.

Tracey Jackson, 25, comes from a Cumbrian farming family and is in the second year of her four-year honours degree course in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams. She takes the firm's staffing number at Shrewsbury to 13.
