Author heads to Telford
An author came to a Telford school to speak on her new book about colonialism.

Candy Gourlay released Bone Talk last year, and the book centres on a tribe in the Philippines at the end of the 19th century, telling the story of young Samkad and his brother.
Joanne Davies at the school said: "It was a real hit, the children loved it."
Candy Gourlay is of Filipino heritage and was a journalist before becoming an author.
Her previous book Shine was nominated for the Guardian Children's Fiction Prize 2014 and won the Crystal Kite Prize for Europe 2014.
Tall Story was also nominated for the Carnegie Medal and shortlisted for 13 awards including the Blue Peter Prize, the Waterstones Children's Book Prize and the Branford Boase Award.
