Telford man who slapped baby girl and burst blood vessel in her eye is ordered to do unpaid work
A man who slapped a nine-week old baby and burst a blood vessel in her eye has been ordered to do unpaid work.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the baby, hit the child in Telford in June 2024.
