Fraud, 24, who told 'vulnerable' Wem woman he was a qualified roofer pleads guilty
A man who targeted a “vulnerable” woman has pleaded guilty to conning her.
Harry Watton, aged 24, knocked on the victim’s door in Wem purporting to be a qualified roofer, intending to make money out of her.
Watton, of a caravan site in Higher Heath, near Whitchurch, pleaded guilty at Shrewsbury Crown Court to fraud by false representation.
