Drink driver, 24, caught under the influence on busy A41 at Whitchurch gets ban
A drink driver who was caught under the influence on the busy A41 has been given a road ban and a hefty fine.
Jack Pickett, aged 24, drove a Volkswagen Polo on the road at Whitchurch on August 25 this year.
A breath test found he had 42 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml.
