Man caught with bags of cocaine in Oswestry fined £100

A man caught with bags of cocaine in public has been fined £100.

Daniel Grier, aged 39, was caught in Oswestry with three bags of the Class A drug as well as a "crystalised substance" on January 3 this year.

Grier, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to possession of a Class A drug and failing to surrender to court bail, having missed a court appearance on May 31.
