Rae Evans, HR manager for Bethphage, is endorsing Shropshire Star advertising for its success in reaching her charity's target audience.

Rae works for Shrewsbury-based charity Bethphage, who provide staff to support adults with learning disabilities.
Bethphage has a website and a Facebook page but Rae says it is advertising in the Shropshire Star that brings the best response.
"It is important to us that we attract the calibre of employee from across the county and advertising with the Shropshire Star does just that," says Rae.
"We have found that advertising with the Shropshire Star is the best way for us to attract the best staff."
