Telford man punched step-dad in the face for pulling up outside his house in a van
A man who punched someone in the face for pulling up outside his house in a van has avoided prison.
Joshua Withers, aged 26, attacked the man in Churncote, Stirchley, Telford on December 15 last year.
Telford Magistrates Court was told the victim was at the address at around 8pm to drop his stepson off to his father, who lived with Withers in a house share. There were other children also in the van.
