Plans for four new homes in Telford village resubmitted with 'deliberate reduction in size'

Plans to build three four-bedroom detached homes on the site in Horton following the demolition of a building at 46 Horton Lane were approved in 2014. 

The home was demolished but only one of the new properties was built and brought into use - with the remaining land sold. 

That land now forms the site of this latest application, where Country Contractors Ltd wants to build four three-bedroom homes.

The application states: "The application site is a current vacant field which was granted planning permission in 2014 for three new-build, large, detached four-bedroom homes with detached single garages.
